Return & Refund Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated, receive the last item of your order. If your withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return request through your customer account at https://account.printopia3d.store.

Once we receive your return request, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Important note for made-to-order items: Some of our products are printed specifically to your order. Please be aware that custom or made-to-order goods may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law. We recommend seeking independent advice if you are unsure whether this applies to your order.

All Other Customers

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customers outside the European Union, except where required by applicable law.
